Please be aware when buying online that while every measure and care is taken to ensure that our pictures accurately represent the fabric, it is possible that there will be variations between the actual fabric and the online display. Colours can vary due to computer monitor settings, as can the expected weight of the fabric – see the mannequin pictures for a better idea of the fabric’s drape.

If you are really unsure and would like a better idea of what it is like before you buy, feel free to call/email us or to request a sample (see below).

FAQs

How do I sign up to the newsletter?

Our newsletter is completely free. We send out twice-weekly newsletters with the latest fabrics, offers, and news.

Simply scroll down to the bottom of any page on the website and there will be a box to enter your email address and subscribe. Make sure to check your emails (including the spam folder) once you do this in order to confirm that you would like to be subscribed to our emails.

If you have any trouble with this, email us and we will be happy to manually add you to our newsletter from our end.

I love my fabrics! How do I leave a review?

We’re so happy! Log in to your account on the website and go to the product you’d like to leave a review on.

Click on the product so that you are on the product’s page, and if you scroll down on the page you should see a space to write a review.

Be aware it may take a few days to appear on the website. We appreciate everyone who does this!

Can I have a sample of any of your fabrics?

Yes! We offer a free sample service.

The sample will be a small cutting in order for you to feel the fabric and to get an idea of the weight and colours before you buy. It will not show you the full design of the fabric.

To request a sample, simply send a stamped addressed envelope to our warehouse (17 Raven Road, South Woodford, London, E18 1HB) with a note inside of the names of the fabrics/types of fabrics that you are requesting samples of, and we will put a cutting in the post for you.

We aren’t able to provide samples of panels as doing so would cut into the panel.

Please be aware that this is a free service and we get a lot of orders every day, so while we endeavour to send out samples as quickly as possible, it may take us a few days to process your request.

Can I order more than one sample?

You can indeed. In the note inside the envelope simply put the names of all of the fabrics that you’d like samples of.

2 important points on this:

  1. The more samples you request, the longer it will take us to process and send to you. Please keep requests to an absolute minimum.
  2. If you do request more than 3 or 4 samples – especially if they are thicker fabrics such as woollens – please send a bigger envelope and make sure you put enough stamps on it.

When I get to checkout it says that you don’t ship to my country. Is this true?

Email us! We are able to ship to anywhere in the world, it’s just that our website is not yet set up for all international locations.

When you email us, send us your desired order, your shipping address, and a contact number (WhatsApp is fine) and we will find out an approximate cost of shipping to your location.

Bear in mind that when ordering from somewhere outside the UK the cost of delivery will be significantly higher than our UK flat rate of £4.

I’ve noticed that some of your fabrics also show pictures of them made up by customers. How can I get my pictures displayed on your website?

Email us your pictures! Let us know that it’s ok for us to use these pictures online, and we will update the product to include your pictures.
